Graphic designers with experience and a portfolio (students are welcomed).

We maintain a virtual office environment
(for now),
which means you work from your own location. You must be extremely
responsible and self-motivated. Your work schedule may be flexible
(depending on the position), provided projects are done to perfection and
always delivered on deadline. You must also have a reliable DSL or cable
internet connection and your own computer with a modern operating system.
Good communication is essential.
An instant messenger account, and cell phone (with text messaging) is
required and will be used on a regular workday basis. You must also be
easily and readily reachable via phone and email—though you may define your
own schedule (for certain positions), we must always be able to communicate
with you in a timely and efficient manner.
We are looking for obsessive perfectionist that
always follows through. If that is
not in your nature, this is probably not the company for you. Basically, we
are looking for forward-thinking, innovative perfectionists who enjoy what
they do professionally and get out of bed in the morning thinking about art,
design, and well-formed code. Our company is growing and we are looking for
people interested in growing with us.
